Requirements

• Successfully completed engineering faculties of universities, preferably graduated from Mechanical, Mechatronics, Physics etc. Engineering departments,

• At least 1 year of service engineering experience,

•  Preferably knowledge and experience about analytical laboratory devices or related equipment,

• Able to provide service to analytical devices where electronic and mechanical parts are combined

• Able to produce solutions with an analytical approach for the devices that are produced,

• Able to use measurement equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes in the field and during the production phase,

• Able to present our company and products to our customers in the most appropriate way and have effective communication skills,

• Able to perform reporting,

• No obstacle to domestic and international travel,

• Very good command of English,

• Able to perform post-service reporting processes in English and Turkish,

• Able to perform operations based on customer satisfaction,

• Completed military service or 2 years of registration for male candidates

Responsibilities

• Providing on-site and/or remote technical support for analytical laboratory devices produced by Debye Technic. 

• Completion of quality control tests of systems after production.

• On-site installation of devices and performance tests.

• Informing users about the use and maintenance of devices and performing follow-ups.

• Creation of detailed applications about the use of devices.

• Reporting feedback about product performance and customer needs.

• Following international platforms about laboratory device technologies and reporting the obtained data.
